Behavioral Health Provider

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), LPCC, or Psychologist to join a team-based community health center providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive mental health care to vulnerable and underserved populations in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments upon referral from primary care providers Deliver brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions within the primary care setting Provide individual and group therapy focused on mental health maintenance and treatment of mental health conditions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care Participate in health center committees and outreach activities as appropriate Perform additional duties within scope of licensure to support high-quality patient care Work with general supervision while independently managing routine responsibilities Qualifications Master's degree (M.A.) in a Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience Licensed in the State of Ohio as a LISW, LSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Strong clinical and case management skills Health Insurance: Medical - Employer Pays 70% Short Term Disability /Long Term Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr
