Part-Time Lecturer Sociology and Anthropology The College of Social Sciences and Humanities and its nine tenure units are the home of the Experiential Liberal Arts. Responsibilities Introduction to Sociology Introduction to Cultural Anthropology Drugs and Society Sociology of Mental Health Gender; Poverty Urban Sociology Race and Ethnicity Social Movements Sociology of the Family Disability Work and Organizations Anthropology of Latin America Anthropology of Native North America Other undergraduate courses Seeking instructors able to teach on ground at the Boston campus or online asynchronously. Applicants will be expected to deliver lectures, develop assignments, grade assignments, and hold appropriate office hours. Positions are available throughout the year contingent upon enrollment and departmental need. Qualifications M.A. required, Ph.D. or A.B.D. preferred. Preference will be given to persons experienced in teaching large and diverse groups of students. Pay Range The rate per credit is $2,085.
