RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager ?is expected tobe able to:

• Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.

• Provide project management andoversight duties toaccomplishthe administrative, managerial, logistical,integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh programand projects.

• Perform functions that assist the government inmanagement of the IT Portfolio, IT InvestmentManagement and CapitalPlanning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and assist in strategicplanning and coordination with external stakeholders and over-seers.

• ShallutilizeProject Management Institute standards andbest practices in the program and project management activities under thisPWS to include management and oversight for all phases of theprogram/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource,Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.

• Shall perform functions for the government in managementof the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning andInvestment Control (CPIC) process and strategic planning and coordinationwith external stakeholders and over-seers.

• Develop standard operation procedures anddocumentation to streamline future support.

• Keep the government apprised of all risks associatedwith a project related to time, scope, and cost.

• Track and provide project standings, status,implementation efforts, closeouts, and schedules to include but not limitedto a minimum of 250 sites.

• Provideprocess improvements and recommendationsfor past and current projects and elements.

• Providestaffing to adequately cover projects to include but not limited to at least 250 sites, CCMD andnon-CCMDelements.

• Complete a quality assurance analysis documentationprovided to the Government.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ActiveTop SecretClearance with a CI Poly

• Minimum of 10 years in project management experience.

• Must have a Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification.

• Musthave relevant experience workingin IC organizations.

• Work schedule:"Normal work hours" constitute on average 8 hours a day,40 hoursper week (excluding breaks and meal periods) within standard operational hours occurring 0600-1800, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range:$115,000.00-165,000.00.The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
