Job Description
Title: Occupational Therapist

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' needs to establish appropriate therapy goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving patients' ability to perform activities of daily living.
- Utilize therapeutic interventions to enhance functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
