Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. Manage sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. Perform other in‑store management duties as required. Qualifications At least two (2) years of previous retail management experience. Interested in roles such as shift manager, assistant manager, or store manager. Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand, and walk for up to eight (8) hours during a shift.
