Sales Manager

Chico Nissan Hyundai is seeking a driven and strategic professional to lead sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can inspire a team, identify new opportunities, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to maximize performance and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and expand the sales pipeline.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and help resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide for an appealing showroom, set up with vehicles and accessories to draw the interest of customers.

• Proven experience in sales leadership.
• Strong ability to motivate teams and drive performance through clear goals and coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to guide decision-making.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasting results, and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CDK and Drive Centric
• Background in developing sales plans, incentive programs, or territory strategies.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, or customer success teams.
