Grinder Machinist Opportunity
Twin City Staffing is hiring a grinder machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Coon Rapids. Enjoy top-tier pay up to $39.36/hr., profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Wage: $35.00 $39.36/hr. (Depending on experience)
Hours: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM | Monday Friday
Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Duties of the grinder machinist:
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional grinders (ID, OD, Surface)
- Produce precision parts with extremely tight tolerances
- Inspect work using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Troubleshoot machine issues and monitor performance
- Participate in 5S and Kaizen shop initiatives
Requirements of the grinder machinist:
- 14+ years of machining experience (grinding background is a plus)
- Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
- Skilled with precision measuring tools and ERP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong math skills
