Social Creative Lead

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Social Creative Lead will monitor cultural trends, create and publish real-time content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and relevance for the brand. Key responsibilities Monitor culture and platform trends to identify real-time opportunities for content creation Conceptualize, create, and publish social content quickly, often within hours Collaborate with various teams to execute ideas from concept to live production while mentoring team members Required qualifications Significant experience creating real-time or reactive social content for brands or media platforms Strong track record of driving immediate engagement and conversation through culturally relevant work Deep understanding of platform dynamics, particularly in short-form video and feed-based environments Proven ability to produce and publish content quickly with strong instincts for tone and relevance Experience working cross-functionally in high-velocity settings with brand, marketing, and communications teams
