Sharpen Agency Cleaning Services LLC is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Philadelphia and surrounding communities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey.

As we continue expanding, we are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and creative Community Marketing & Brand Ambassador to help introduce Sharpen to more homeowners, businesses, property professionals, and community partners throughout the region.

About the Role

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing position.

The Community Marketing & Brand Ambassador will serve as one of the local faces of Sharpen. You will represent the company at home shows, expos, festivals, networking events, community events, and other local marketing opportunities while helping us develop creative grassroots campaigns throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

You should enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, representing a brand professionally, and finding creative ways to generate awareness and leads.

This position combines brand representation, event marketing, grassroots marketing, community engagement, content creation, and lead generation .

The ideal candidate is highly personable, dependable, confident, self-motivated, and excited about helping grow a developing local business.

What You'll Do

Events & Brand Representation

• Represent Sharpen at home shows, business expos, festivals, community events, networking events, and other local marketing opportunities.
• Set up and maintain professional, engaging Sharpen booths and displays.
• Proactively engage event attendees rather than waiting for potential customers to approach.
• Explain Sharpen's residential and commercial cleaning services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct giveaways, contests, interactive promotions, and other activities designed to increase engagement.
• Collect qualified customer leads and ensure information is properly documented for sales follow-up.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing the Sharpen brand.

Grassroots & Community Marketing

• Identify opportunities to increase Sharpen's visibility within targeted neighborhoods and communities.
• Distribute approved flyers, door hangers, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral in strategically selected areas.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Help identify partnership opportunities with real estate professionals, property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, local businesses, and other potential referral partners.
• Research upcoming local events, vendor opportunities, sponsorships, expos, and community activities where Sharpen should have a presence.
• Help determine which local opportunities are most likely to generate meaningful brand exposure and customer leads.

Lead Generation

• Generate qualified residential and commercial cleaning leads through community outreach.
• Encourage prospective customers to request estimates or consultations.
• Capture accurate contact information from interested prospects.
• Work closely with Sharpen's sales team to ensure leads receive timely follow-up.
• Help generate appointments with homeowners, business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Track where leads originate so Sharpen can measure the effectiveness of different events and campaigns.

Marketing & Content Support

• Capture photos and short-form video content while attending events and representing Sharpen in the community.
• Help create authentic local content that can be used across Sharpen's social media platforms.
• Identify interesting customer, employee, event, and community stories that can strengthen the Sharpen brand.
• Support local promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Provide feedback on what prospective customers are asking for and what competitors are doing in the local market.

• Familiar with the Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and/or South Jersey communities

Previous experience in brand ambassador work, field marketing, event marketing, sales, customer service, hospitality, promotions, community outreach, or lead generation is preferred.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with hours based on business need .

Hours will vary based on marketing campaigns, community activities, and scheduled events. Many home shows, festivals, expos, and community events occur during evenings and weekends, so some weekend availability is required.

This position is primarily field-based and requires traveling to local events and marketing locations throughout Sharpen's service area.

Compensation

$15–$20 per hour , depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Additional incentives may be available for results such as:

• Generating qualified leads
• Booking residential estimates
• Generating new residential customers
• Securing qualified commercial opportunities
• Booking meetings or assessments with commercial decision-makers
• Contributing to closed commercial accounts
• Exceptional performance at designated marketing events

This structure gives motivated team members the opportunity to earn beyond their regular hourly compensation while directly contributing to Sharpen's growth.

This is a results-oriented marketing position.

Success will be measured through a combination of:
