We offer end-to-end solutions—from design and installation to ongoing maintenance and emergency support—helping clients maximize building performance, energy efficiency, and equipment lifespan.Position SummaryDrives service-project revenue by developing scopes/quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades. Owns customer relationships, pricing strategy, and handoff to field PMs/Foremen.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a territory of facility managers, property managers, and owner-direct accounts.Conduct site assessments; develop scopes for equipment change-outs, pipe/fabrication, controls, energy upgrades, and code/safety corrections.Create proposals with labor, materials, rentals, and subcontractor quotes; manage margin/GM targets.Present options (good/better/best) and close work; secure POs and schedule with Dispatch/Operations.Coordinate pre-job submittals, permits, and material releases; attend kickoff meetings.Track backlog, hit rate, bookings, and forecast weekly, update CRM promptly.Ensure a clean handoff to field PM/Foreman and stay engaged through punch/closeout for references.Qualifications3+ years in HVAC/plumbing/electrical service sales or project management.Ability to build scopes and price work accurately with estimating support.Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, code basics, safety, and site logistics.Strong customer communication and time management; CRM discipline.Valid driver's license; regional travel.Experience selling to owner-direct customers and converting service findings/PMs into projects (Preferred).Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for professional development and certification assistance.Equal Employment Opportunity:Upchurch Companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
