This role requires deep expertise in theThree-Phase Quality Control System, federal safety and environmental regulations, and hands-on experience managing quality for complex vertical and horizontal construction efforts.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage theUSACE-approved Quality Control Plan (QCP).Lead and document theThree-Phase QC process: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up.Conduct daily inspections and maintainDaily Quality Control Reports (DQCRs).Manage submittals, RFIs, deficiency tracking, and corrective actions.Coordinate with USACE/NAVFAC representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.Operate project management software (e.g.,RMS/QCS,Procore) for documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.Initiate, facilitate and document preparatory meetings and initial inspections for eachDefinable Feature of Work (DFOW).Ensure all materials, workmanship, and construction activities meet contract requirements and applicable codes.Support safety and environmental compliance in collaboration with theSite Safety and Health Officer (SSHO).Participate in progress meetings and provide quality-related updates to stakeholders.Ensure timely and accurate submission ofweekly reportsand monthly progress documentation.Perform other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreein a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum5 years of experiencein construction quality control, with at least3 years on Federal projects.Ability to review confidential US security information.Additional Qualifications:USACE/NAVFAC QC/QA certification.30-Hour OSHA/EM 385certification.CPR/First Aidcertified.Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.Experience usingRMS,Procore, and construction scheduling software.Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.ValidDriver’s Licenseand ability to pass asecurity clearance investigation.May requireon-call responseandtravel.The anticipated base salary range for this role is $92,000-$134,000 (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
