Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Support Specialist for a temporary assignment supporting public sector election operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, accurate data entry abilities, and a commitment to providing reliable service to the public.

As a Call Center Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for voters and community members, helping provide timely information related to voter registration, Vote-by-Mail requests, polling locations, election dates, and election procedures. This opportunity offers meaningful work in a structured, mission-driven environment where accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from voters and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding voter registration, Vote-by-Mail, polling locations, election dates, and related procedures.
- Research voter records using agency systems and document customer interactions accurately.
- Perform data entry and update voter information while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Protect confidential voter records and follow established security, quality, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support timely and efficient call center operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary assignment.
- Assignment dates: September 21, 2026 through November 10, 2026.
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- This position is contingent upon successful completion of required background screenings.
