Senior HR Compliance Strategist (Multi-State)

Build-A-Bear is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to own multi-state compliance across federal, state, and local employment laws. This role builds the enterprise compliance calendar, tracks regulatory changes, and escalates risks with HR leadership and Legal.
