Experience leading multi-functional teams within a service, distribution, manufacturing, or customer-focused environment. Water treatment, water conditioning, or related industry experience is preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven success managing budgets, business plans, and operational performance in a for-profit organization. Strong experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while improving operational efficiencies. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with business and financial software systems. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Location Requirement This is a local, in-office leadership role based in the Phoenix metropolitan area .
