As our Brand Strategy team hones and amplifies our story, we are looking for a Creative Producer who can bring that story to life – on our campuses, in our communities, and everywhere our audiences meet us.

The Role

As our Creative Producer, you are the engine that moves creative work from idea to finished, on-brand asset. You will produce photography, video, motion, and design across the full range of Aligned's needs: customer and investor materials, executive and thought leadership content, recruitment campaigns, community engagement collateral, and internal communications.

This role is equally about craft and logistics. You will run shoots on active construction and operating sites, manage creative partners and freelancers, safeguard our brand and asset library, and keep a high volume of concurrent work moving without letting quality slip.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce creative projects end to end – scoping, budgeting, scheduling, casting and crewing, production, post-production, and delivery – across video, photography, motion, and design.

• Plan and execute on-site shoots at Aligned campuses and construction sites, coordinating safety, access, escorts, and site requirements with Operations, Construction, and Security teams.

• Translate briefs from Brand Strategy, Communications, Sales, People & Culture, and Community Engagement into clear creative direction and realistic production plans.

• Source, onboard, and manage creative partners, production companies, and freelancers, including scopes, bids, contracts, and quality review.

• Enforce Aligned's brand guidelines across all produced work, including logo usage, typography, color palette, iconography, and photography style.

• Own Aligned's digital asset management: taxonomy, versioning, rights and release tracking, and making approved assets easy for internal teams to find and use correctly.

• Maintain the creative production calendar and intake workflow, providing clear status, timelines, and capacity visibility to stakeholders.

• Manage production budgets and reconcile actuals against forecast in partnership with Finance.

• Ensure appropriate approvals, talent and location releases, and legal review are secured before any asset is published.

• Continuously improve Aligned's creative production playbook, templates, and vendor bench so the function scales with the business.

• Maker and Manager: You can direct a shoot and also build the schedule, the budget, and the call sheet that make it possible.

• Field-Ready: You are comfortable in boots and a hard hat on an active site, and you plan around safety and operational constraints rather than fighting them.

• Brand Steward: You hold a high bar for craft and consistency, and you can give creative partners direct, useful feedback.

• Unflappable: You keep multiple productions moving at once, absorb late changes, and communicate trade-offs early rather than at the deadline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of creative production experience in-house, at an agency, or at a production company. (Experience in data centers, energy, construction, or large-scale infrastructure is a strong advantage.)

• Demonstrated portfolio of produced video, photography, and design work across multiple channels.

• Proven experience producing on industrial, construction, or restricted-access sites, including safety and permitting coordination.

• Strong working knowledge of production and post-production workflows, and fluency with creative tooling such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

• Experience managing production budgets and external vendors with accountability for cost and schedule.

• Experience owning or administering a digital asset management system, including rights and release tracking.

• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• Bachelor's degree in film, design, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
