Number of Beds - 28
Number of Staff - 58
Type of staff:
Day Shift - 2 PCC, 14 RN, 1 US per staffing grid at max census
Night Shift - 1 PCC, 14 RN per staffing grid at max census
Patient Ratios - planned 2:1, sometimes 3:1 (step-down patients) , freq. 1:1's
Type of equipment - Impella, ECMO, Arctic Sun, Tablo (CRRT), IABP, Codman ICP monitoring, EV1000
EMR - Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Medical/Surgical ICU experience
Extensive knowledge of hemodynamics and vasopressors
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Impella
ECMO
CRRT (Tablo training will be offered at Trident, phasing out NxStage)
Trauma experience, neuro experience, CV experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Tracheostomies
Bronchoscopies
Central lines
Chest tubes
PEG tubes
