About SPEEDY
Speedy Movers is a growing household goods moving and storage company serving the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas! We provide local and long-distance moving, and storage services, including FlexBox™ mobile storage solutions. We are looking for a driven sales professional to help us expand our residential and business moving volume.

Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Sales Representative responsible for generating and closing residential and business moving jobs, including local and long-distance moves and related services.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads (phone, web, and walk-ins)
- Conduct estimates (virtual and in-home)
- Prepare accurate quotes and present options to customers
- Follow up consistently and close business
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Promote additional company services where appropriate
- Coordinate with operations on job handoff
- Maintain organized customer records and activity tracking
- Participate in light networking and referral development

Ideal Candidate
- Previous sales experience preferred (home services, moving, or similar industries a plus)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Able to manage both phone and in-person sales activity
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation
- Base salary: $52,000
- Performance-based commission
- Expected total compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 depending on performance

Schedule
Full-time. Mix of office and field work. Some flexibility required during peak moving season.
