Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and restorative programs preferred. Ability to document electronically in the facility’s EMR system preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift Hours: 0830-1630. Work Pattern: 5x8.
