Do you speak the language of weld symbols? Do fabrication drawings feel like a roadmap, not a riddle? Can you run FCAW and GMAW with confidence and consistency? If so, our team wants your skill on structural steel plate and beam work.

What You’ll Tackle

Produce structural-quality welds guided by approved WPS and shop drawings.
Lay down clean, accurate passes using FCAW/GMAW; GTAW exposure is a bonus.
Confirm fit-up, joint preparation, and weld quality before and during welding.
Interpret drawings, weld symbols, and specifications to plan and verify work.
Operate grinders, cutting torches, and fabrication tools safely and effectively.
Coordinate with fitters, supervisors, and QA/QC to keep jobs on schedule.
Champion quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Preferred: 3+ years of structural welding experience.
Comfort reading fabrication drawings and decoding weld symbols.
Demonstrated proficiency in FCAW and GMAW; GTAW a plus.
Know-how in weld prep, fit-up verification, and distortion control.
Hands-on experience with grinders, torches, and related shop equipment.
Ability to pass company welding qualification tests.
Detail-driven, dependable, and team-oriented—yet effective working solo.
