Operations Coordinator – Custom Machine Shop Advance CNC Machining – Grove City, Ohio Salary: Up to $75,000 DOE We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who’s enjoyable to work with, and that can thoughtfully bring the accountability, drive, and integrity needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand. At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high precision machined parts for customers from coast to coast including equipment manufacturers, food, drug and the aerospace and defense industries. What You’ll Do As our Operations Coordinator, you'll provide critical thinking and attention to details while modeling the resourcefulness, efficiency, and competency that define our culture. Your responsibilities will include: Provide complete administrative support for the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations Coordinate projects from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverablesNegotiate pricing and delivery schedules with vendors to secure expected results Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales initiatives Compensation package includes: 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance coverage options Christmas bonus opportunity Other bonus opportunities What You’ll Bring We’re looking for coordinators with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a growing manufacturing environment. The skills needed: Strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated experience relating to project management Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively Experience in sales support, project coordination, or procurement (manufacturing experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Degree in Business Office Management, or similar, is a plus!
