CNC Mill Machinist

Date posted: April 21, 2026 Pay: From $30.00 per hour Job description: Noble-X, Inc is seeking a weekend CNC machinist with a primary focus on large horizontal mills for our growing companies. Our weekend shift operates on three 12‑hour shifts Fri‑Sun, with an extra 4 hours added to each week to achieve 40 hours. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high‑quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in our production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications Read and interpret customer supplied blueprints, technical drawings, and internal work orders and job processing travelers Program machines using CAD/CAM software Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and ensure parts adhere to company’s standards and exceed customer expectations In‑Process inspection of parts as well as finished products for quality and accuracy Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role Strong experience in editing G and M code as well as understanding machine controls Proficiency in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with power tools, hand tools, and other equipment used in machining operations Job Type: Full‑time Work Location: In person Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
