Estate Manager

We’re partnering with a high profile family in the Austin, TX area on the search for a strategic, high-impact Estate Manager to oversee a premier residential portfolio and private hospitality operation.

This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned private service or luxury hospitality executive who thrives in scaled environments and loves being a true operational “quarterback.” You will bring elite structure to a rapidly growing estate, lead a cross-functional household team, and shift operations from a reactive setup to a highly proactive, streamlined machine.

Highlights:

• $250k–$300k base + performance bonus + comprehensive benefits (401k, PTO, Medical)

• Senior leadership authority with full operational and hiring oversight across the estate

• Premier multi-residence portfolio based out of the Greater Austin area

• High-visibility role working in close, direct collaboration with the Principal and executive teams

Looking for:

• 10+ years of multi-property estate management or premium luxury hotel/hospitality management experience

• A background benchmarked to top-tier luxury service standards, comfortable managing high guest volumes and fast-paced schedules

• A humble, low-ego leader with natural authority, values front-line staff, and brings a “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality

• Strong financial and operational acumen (SOP implementation, property budgeting, and contract/vendor tracking)
