Sand TransloaderThe Sand Transloader primary responsibility is to safely and timely load sand to trucks within the facility. Making sure all operators/ truck personnel follow the proper guidelines when coming for pick up into the facility. Duties and Responsibilities:The responsibility of the loader is to manage the loading and unloading of the railcars and trucks of sand and inspect the amount of product safely and efficiently in each railcarInspect the calibration on the conveyer belts to check product weight is properly capturedOperate trans-loading equipment including an air compressor, transfer pumps, portable conveyor system, portable trans-loader and hand toolsGuide all the operator/ truck drivers when coming into the facilityCommunicate with CB radio and/or company radioData entry into the computer systemOperate a locomotive and perform rail switch operationsEngage in professional interaction and collaboration with other Twin Eagle Team Members and customersAssist with general maintenance, clean-up, and any other duties as assigned that will be taughtKey Requirements:Commitment to adapting to Twin Eagle's safety cultureMust be able to work outdoors in all environments.Must be able to cope with outdoor temperatures (hot and cold temperatures).You must be able to work weekends, and overtime work as neededBasic math and computer skills are preferredMust wear appropriate personal protective equipment including half mask respirator, hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses when expectedHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentValid Drivers license or reliable transportationMust be physically able to do the following:Climb on and off rail-car and locomotive ladderOperate rail-car hand brakes & switchesConsistently sit, kneel, squat, bend, stand and climb on elevated surfacesBe able to climb and work at high heightsWork, walk, and stand on uneven ballast surfaces for long periods of timeLift 15 lbs. and work safely with this weight at knee, waist and shoulder levelLift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the course of a shiftOperate basic hand toolsTwin Eagle is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
