Salary: $20 / Hour + Monthly Bonus Pontential

What does a Sales Advisor Do?

• Assist customers in determining the right vehicle based on customer needs and budget
  
• Review financing options available for the customer
• Utilize computer systems to handle sales leads and sales
  
• Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to deal documentation and cash handling
  
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Comply with laws and regulations to protect and safeguard customer identity
• Comply with company policies/procedures to protect and safeguard customer identity
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail industry
• Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work with customers in a professional manner and a team environment
• Looking for candidates with the ability to negotiate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
  
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Great listening ability
