What you'll do: Lead the company-wide implementation of NetSuite ERP and integrate it with core business platforms across both our Cloud and Data Center operations. This role will drive systems alignment, automate workflows, ensure data integrity, and set the foundation for AI-enabled operations. This is a cross-functional leadership role that interfaces with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Tech, and Operations across global units.

Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite ERP Ownership - Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementation and configuration for both Cloud and Data Center teams.
• Platform Integration & Data Flow- Integrate NetSuite with HubSpot, Stampli, Google Drive, Nextcloud, Netdocs, MS Teams and more
• Change Management & Alignment- Act as a liaison between all departments, establish SOPs, standards and training
• Ongoing Optimization- Maintain data hygiene, system accuracy, and serve as the internal expert on NetSuite and its connected ecosystem

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP/CRM administration, or business operations
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Stampli, Zoho
• Experience integrating multi-system environments using middleware
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, procurement cycles, and customer operations
• Excellent project management and communication skills
