Remote Recruiter OpportunityWe are seeking remote recruiters to join our team! Our remote team will assist branches and other high volume client ramps with staffing for light industrial positions. These are remote positions for candidates residing in local Dallas/Fort Worth Texas.Responsibilities:Source/recruit, screen, and interview potential employeesOn-board new employees virtuallySchedule candidates for onsite interviews or additional onboardingImplement company culture, values and policiesPost job ads for open positionsNetwork with social media to recruit talentProvide management with requested reports and documentsAccurately maintain employee files and track progress in an applicant tracking system (ATS)Other duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in high volume recruiting for light industrial warehouse positionsPrefer previous experience with working remotelyKnowledge of labor and employment lawsHigh sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong motivation for personal successAbility to build rapport with all employeesPossess excellent follow up skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh levels of motivation and self-directionStrong computer skills including MS office, Outlook and the ability to quickly learn new systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to multi-task and shift over to other projects at a moment's noticeMust be flexible on work hours to accommodate clients in varying time zones and peak production needsRemote Requirements:You must have high speed internetYou must have a quiet home office set-up
