Warehouse Support AssociateLocation: Minneapolis, MN Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 Shift: M-F 1st shift. 4:30am-12:30p - 37.5 hrs per weekResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently execute customer Order Assembly requests - weighing, labeling, packaging, and deliveringAccurately manage ingredient inventory via onsite Warehouse Management System in collaboration with Raw Material Coordinators and Warehouse teamDevelop ingredient expertise that enables quick troubleshooting and safe, efficient execution of order fulfillmentMaintain organization of Order Assembly work space via safe use of carts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks & liftsProvide outstanding internal and external customer serviceRequirementsMust be capable of performing well with limited supervision, both individually, as well as in a team environmentFlexibility and adaptabilityAble to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and frequently over an 8 hour periodAble to demonstrate computer based system skillsAttention to detail/accuracyCustomer Service ExcellenceStrong problem-solving/troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform well in a mechanical and technical environmentSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
