Cleveland Draft House - Clayton, located in the heart of Clayton, NC, is looking for a talented and motivated Day Prep / Cook to join our kitchen team. If you have at least one year of experience and a love for crafting delicious meals, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Day Prep / Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, freshly prepared dishes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and setting up workstations to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cooking and assembling menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as prep cook or line cook.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality food and a willingness to learn and grow.
