We offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.Factory Location: Poland, MECompensation: $42.47/hour, $42.97 after 90 days, and $43.47 after 180 days upon successful reviewSchedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needsBenefits of working for Primo Brands:Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA)Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismembermentOther great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefitsResponsibilities:Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipmentPerform maintenance tasks to include repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipmentIdentify processing waste reduction opportunities and assist in reduction projectsParticipate in preventative maintenance program to help reduce costs of operations through PM optimizationDismantle, clean, repair and test electrical, electronic and mechanical components to determine component-level failureCommunicate, coach, and train employees to continuously improve team's ability to prevent loss of production and respond safely to equipment failuresMaintain preventative maintenance logs and accurate records of all testing and repairsRecommend equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programsPerform preventative maintenance tasks to identify all potential mechanical and electrical issues with equipment throughout the plantRebuild worn-out, but reusable, pieces of equipment, such as gearboxes for scheduled PM'sTroubleshoot, investigate, and repair all mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine systemsEliminate machine failures from recurring by utilizing the Breakdown Analysis processFocus areas will include but are not limited to Production support, Mechanical Room, Water Processing, Boiler Room, and Wastewater Treatment Water Chemical TreatmentQualifications:Provide the best source of customer orders with proper facilities based on production and demandCreate inter-plant warehouse transfers for non-produced itemsCreate warehouse transfers to outside warehouses to fulfill build inventory requirementsApprove customer short lead orders, perform changes and allocations, and work with proper areas regarding availability issuesHandles high volumes of daily emails while managing reports and tasksRun and maintain daily reports and files used in the day-to-day planning operationsProvide daily and weekly review of metrics for production attainment, on-time delivery, order filling, ability and planning, production constraints, and workaroundsProvide daily and weekly reports including updates to current schedules; processed orders in SAP; and key directives for teams to executeCommunicate potential problems and opportunities related to forecasted and non-forecasted orders and recommend alternatives and process improvements to cross functional teamsMaintain SAP master data for production priorities, supply areas etc.Follow company safety standards and safe work practices consistentlyProvide backup support for other planning roles as neededCandidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
