Role Description The Fractional Operating / Strategic Partner — Construction, Design & Remodeling role is a full-time, on-site position based in Boca Raton, FL. This role oversees day-to-day operations across kitchen, bath, closet, and full home remodeling projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, coordinating with design, construction, and installation teams, and managing vendor and supplier relationships. The partner will help shape and execute business strategy, drive growth initiatives, and establish best practices for project management and customer experience. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting leadership with data-driven decisions to strengthen the company’s market position.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to grow and maintain high-value relationships.
- Experience in Consulting and Business Planning to design and implement operational and growth strategies.
- Skill in Account Management to oversee client relationships, project expectations, and post-project follow-up.
- Proven background in construction, remodeling, or design operations, with hands-on familiarity with kitchen, bath, and home renovation projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve issues on site, and maintain a culture of safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Comfort with basic business analytics and reporting to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Relevant education or training in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
