Thought Leader Liaison-Rare Disease (Uplizna) Neurology

Amgen seeks a Thought Leader Liaison for its Rare Disease (Uplizna) Neurology business in Arizona. This customer-facing role develops relationships with key opinion leaders and thought leaders in neuroimmunology, executing peer-to-peer strategies and coordinating engagement activities across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new thought leaders for commercial activities and speaker programs
• Develop local peer-to-peer engagement strategies aligned with national and regional business plans
• Create and execute short- and long-term KOL engagement plans with tracking and outcomes
• Capture and synthesize thought leader insights to inform brand strategy and lifecycle management
• Disseminate market trends and competitive intelligence to marketing, sales, and market access teams

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years marketing or sales experience, or equivalent education and experience combination
• Customer-facing pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience required
• Experience in neurology, neuroimmunology, or neuromuscular disease preferred
• Clinical background in rare diseases or specialty biologics strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, analytic, and time management skills
• Willingness to travel, including conferences and overnight programs
