As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our IT consulting services. You will work closely with our team of IT consultants to develop and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients./ppResponsibilities:/pulliGenerate leads through a variety of channels, including phone calls, email, and social media/liliQualify prospects and determine their IT needs/liliDevelop and deliver sales presentations/liliClose deals and negotiate contracts/liliBuild relationships with clients and provide ongoing support/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust be legally authorized to work in the US/liliFluency in both English and Japanese/liliCalifornia drivers license/liliExperience in sales, IT industry, or equivalent skills is preferred, but not required/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills/liliProven ability to close deals/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team/li/ulpProbationary Period: 3 months/ppWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)/ppVisa Support: No Base salary: DOE $60,000.00~$75,000.00 + Incentives + benefits package such as: Insurance(Medical, Dental), PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, etc. The salary will be determined based on the candidates experience level. This position has the potential for promotion to Assistant Sales Manager, based on performance./p/div
