A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. Stay current on menu options, specialties, and menu deviation. We are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Welcome, all guests with a genuine and delightful smile. Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience Use the guest name whenever possible Identify special occasions and extend wishes Be a team player.
