Program Manager Tech 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and hardware industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. This role sits on a cloud operations and program management team supporting Azure Specialized compute. The primary focus is day-to-day operational execution—triaging and managing engineering tickets, coordinating between cloud engineering teams, and ensuring compute/SKU data is accurate, complete, and flowing through the system. It’s a hands‑on technical program role with a strong mix of cloud engineering knowledge, ticketing workflows, and Power BI reporting, rather than a single long‑term project. Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2 Location: Remote - PST hours Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr What's the Job? Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program and project schedules, providing regular status reports. Create and review functional specifications to guide product or service implementation. Support in managing the triage process for tickets between engineering teams, focusing on build SKUs and process improvements. Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards, adjusting to evolving data and process requirements. What's Needed? Minimum 3 years of experience with a cloud engineering background. Minimum 3 years of experience with ticketing systems (preferably ADO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft PowerBI. Minimum 3 years of experience with Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams. Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities and communicate effectively across teams. What's in it for me?
