Occupational Therapist - Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a dynamic environment focused on rehabilitation for patients with neuro disorders, stroke recovery, and other complex medical conditions. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and therapy interventions, complying with the unit's protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the scheduled therapy plans and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide evaluations and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate care.
• Engage effectively in communication and collaboration with other staff members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license.
• Experience in neuro rehabilitation and familiarity with stroke rehab protocols.
• Preferred experience in various settings, including Acute, IPR, and OP.
• Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines and CARE tool assessment.
