• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating tailored treatment strategies

• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic objectives, planning for discharge, and home-based exercises
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from a recognized program

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialized training in areas such as neurology or geriatrics is beneficial but not mandatory

Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
