Plant Controller, Greenville Area

Our client, a Manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Controller to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's accounting functions, including inventory, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise inventory, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience in using accounting software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
