Our Parts Handlers play a key role in making sure parts are properly handled as they come off the powder paint line. If you enjoy hands-on work, pay strong attention to detail, and want to grow your manufacturing skills-this may be a great fit! What You'll DoHang parts as they come off the lineInspect painted parts for runs, sags, or missed areasRotate between stations as neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForEducation:High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)Experience & Knowledge:Ability to read/understand blueprints, diagrams, and instructionsBasic problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of powder paint processes is a plus (not required)Skills:Strong attention to detailAbility to work well with others and communicate professionallyCommitment to quality and continuous improvementPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbsNormal vision (close, distance, color, depth)Other InfoNo travel requiredNo direct reportsRole may evolve based on production needs
