Pharmacist Manager

Position Summary Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information. Responsibilities Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, maintaining accurate pricing, managing inventory, budgeting, forecasting sales, developing cross‑functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics. Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper member‑service approaches and techniques, ensuring member needs, complaints, and issues are resolved within Company guidelines and standards. Oversees implementation of community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as positive members of the community. Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing and monitoring loss‑prevention and safety controls, overseeing quality‑assurance reviews, developing action plans, and directing execution of company programs and strategic initiatives. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates by selecting training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing performance feedback, offering recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Ensures confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines. Promotes a culture of belonging, respects individual differences, and creates an inclusive environment where associates feel supported, connected, and empowered. Minimum Qualifications BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Additional Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and for some positions may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), based on location.
