Housing Compliance & Recertification Coordinator

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Recertification/Compliance Specialist for a 640-unit property in Quincy, MA. The role focuses on qualifying new residents, requalifying existing residents, and coordinating with the Compliance Department to ensure eligibility and regulatory adherence. You will manage income and rent calculations, data collection, and file maintenance while supporting office tasks and vendor interactions.
