A physician-led practice in Minnesota is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. This role offers flexibility in how you practice, strong clinical support, and the ability to shape your scope based on your interests—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Practice Overview

• Full-time schedule with 36 patient-facing hours (reduced clinic time if including inpatient work)
• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Optional shifts in walk-in clinic or emergency medicine for added variety
• Procedures are optional and based on your interests

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $323,000 with productivity incentives
• $150,000 Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• Starting with 6 weeks of paid time off
