Certification/License/Registration: Current license to practice in the State of Georgia and Board Certified in specialty. Special Training/Skills: Must demonstrate competence in their practice setting and must be able to perform with a high degree of accuracy to reduce errors in judgment related to care of patients. Must obtain required CEU's in care of patients in the care setting each renewal period. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
