You have come to the right place.****Summary**The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for constructing and assembling cabinets in accordance with established specifications, drawings, and blueprints.**Essential Functions*** Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine cabinet dimensions and materials required.* Selecting materials, such as wood, laminates, and hardware, and other hand and power tools.* Assembling cabinet components using adhesives, screws, nails, and other fasteners, ensuring precise alignment and fit.* Installing hardware, such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides, according to design specifications.* Inspecting finished cabinets for quality and accuracy, making adjustments and repairs as needed.* Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.* Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and quality standards.* Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.**Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Proven experience as a cabinet assembler or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.* Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.* Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinet components.* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.* Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.* Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.*If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!*
