Service Project Manager

This role combines project management, coordination and field engagement to help expand repair work, and deliver value-added solutions to our customers. What You'll Do Manage Service Oriented Projects
- Develop project schedules & communicate directly with customers
- Deliver projects on time & budget
- Work closely with sales professionals
- Accurately track field labor progress & performance
- Order & manage project materials
- Conduct on-site customer surveys and assess job requirements
- Address customer questions and provide consultative solutions
- Assist sales team with site visits, take-offs, & develop project budgets
- Coordinate special job requirements with customers and internal teams
- Maintain scheduled work & expected performance
- Positive engagement with customers & office teams
- Consistent daily follow-up activity
- Positive customer feedback and retention
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence handling customer conversations in person and by phone
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation habits
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to quickly learn product and service offerings
- Professional, customer-first mindset
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of project management, service industry, trade, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience in service-based or technical environments is a plus
- Primarily office-based with moderate noise levels
- Requires travel to customer locations for on-site surveys
- Occasional exposure to active job sites, including dust, fumes, and elevated noise levels
