Paving & Roller Operator

Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Paving & Roller Operators for projects located in or around Reading, PA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate paving equipment and rollers safely and efficiently
Assist with asphalt paving projects, including roadways, parking lots, and site work
Ensure proper compaction and smooth finishes
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Previous experience operating paving and/or roller equipment required
Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and safety standards
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
CDL is a plus, but not required
