Family Law Attorney (Permanent)Latitude is partnering with a highly successful and growing boutique law firm in Boise, ID, known for its collaborative and supportive culture, to recruit two Associate Attorneys for its family law practice. The firm offers a relaxed yet professional environment where partners are dedicated to mentoring and developing their associates. They are looking for motivated attorneys with a general legal background and a strong interest in family law. While prior family law experience is desired, it is not required, and newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply.The firm promotes a strong work–life balance, with office hours set from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday–Thursday and a shortened day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on FridaysThese two positions are ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.Key Responsibilities:Support senior attorneys with client consultations, case management, and legal research.Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court and mediation as opportunities arise.Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client counseling.Learn and stay current on family law developments and best practices.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Idaho Bar.Experience practicing family law desired but not required.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and client service skills.Genuine interest in developing a career in family law.Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable.Compassionate and client-focused.Team-oriented but able to work independently.Position Details:Type of role: Permanent positionSchedule: Full-time; On-site/Hybrid. Firm hours are Monday – Thursday 9–5 and Friday from 9am -1 p.m.Location: Boise, IdahoCompensation:Pay: The base salary for this role is $80,000 with bonus potential.
