Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering industry and a deep understanding of menu planning, food cost management, food safety, and culinary techniques. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production..
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in catering with a focus on culinary excellence.
- Strong skills in menu planning and creativity in dish development.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control measures.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes.
- In-depth understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
