Marketing Agency Project Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Compensation up to $100K -$90K base plus bonus potential

What you’ll be doing

Be central to day-to-day delivery & a go-to partner for both clients & internal teams.

Key areas of ownership include:

• Leading timelines, workflow and project execution across print, digital and integrated campaigns

• Managing scope, deadlines, resources w/ budget 

• Partnering with account-facing colleagues to translate client goals into actionable plans

• Coordinating with creatives, strategists, specialists and external partners to keep deliverables on track

• Serving as a reliable client contact for status, next steps and execution support

• Building and maintaining project documentation

• Identifying risks early, troubleshooting issues & escalating 

• Helping create a smooth onboarding & PM experience for clients

Strong candidates will bring:

• Proven success in PM, including planning, workflow, resource coordination and execution

• Ability to balance several projects, shifting priorities without falling through the cracks

• Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns,

• Confidence working across both print, digital production environments

• Strong client communication & relationship management skills

• PM Tools 

You'll succeed if: 

• 4+ years of experience in project management, marketing, fundraising, account services 

• Agency experience strongly preferred

• Direct response, nonprofit or fundraising marketing exposure is a plus

• Organized, proactive & client-savvy
