What You'll Do

• Assist with machine operation by selecting programs and starting equipment according to procedures

• Cut, bend, assemble, and handle precision aluminum components used in aerospace applications

• Perform sanding, polishing, and finishing work on high-value parts

• Clean components to strict quality and cleanliness standards

• Conduct inspections, leak testing, and quality checks to ensure product integrity

• Follow detailed work instructions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and quality expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

• Machine shop or machining environment experience

• Brazing, soldering, or metalworking experience

• Quality inspection or testing experience

• Familiarity with production equipment and hand tools

• Experience working with high-value or precision components

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
