Maintenance Technician

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Pay ranges from $21 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. STOP — DO NOT APPLY unless you meet ALL required qualifications: Prerequisites 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience Valid government‑issued ID Reliable transportation Own basic tools needed for maintenance work Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make‑ready) Responsibilities Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner Perform make‑ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move‑in Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed Document work completed in maintenance logs Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams Preferred (not required) A/C/HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more Strong make‑ready/turn experience Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience Note: We verify onsite experience, ID, and transportation prior to placement.
